Im towing around 10k and would like to get a WD hitch, Ive done some online searching but there are sooooo many to choose from. I figure Reese or drawtite are decent companys to get one from? My budget is around 300 bucks, can anyone throw me a link to somthing decent?

This is a problem solver hitch

I put one on my 32 foot trailer and all my issues went away not sway a great equallizer. there are a couple of others that work as well also, but I can attest to this one as great. I got mine on ebay for $200 and my boy was able to pick it up to save shipping.

I got the nissan hitch from PPL when they were selling them for $115 shipped. It's a 10k/1k hitch.
Here's the same hitch for $150: http://infinitipartspeople.com/sear...ductdesc=Weight+Distributing+Hitch+Ball+Mount

It's a decent unit, comes with all the brackets ect that you need. The only downside is you can't adjust it to have much drop. You can buy a drop shank for it but they are $90 just on their own. Here's the thread on here about the hitch: http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=930487

It worked great with a 6k trailer behind a Tacoma loaded to 5k. Truck was slightly beyond its weight limits but with the wd hitch and good trailer brakes I let my sister drive shifts in it going cross country and she had never hauled a trailer before.

You may want a heavier duty one for your trailer.
