I in the middle of a 350 swap and I was wondering if anyone knew the bolt size and thread for the bolts that hold the pressure plate on the flywheel.

Search but didn't find anything.

Thanks.

- Rico.

Edit... Don't know if it matters but the motor is a 1990 Van Motor. had an auto behind it so no pressure plate bolts :D

I think they are 3/8"-16, but the shank diameter is crucial since there are no dowel pins. Mr Gasket makes a set, and you can get them at Kragen etc... there is a chance you have metric ones, since GM had a nasty habbit about that time of having both std and metric stuff on motors. I would figure out what thread they are, and if metric, hit up the dealer, if std, you should be able to get a set cheaper at the autoparts store.

This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
