We use a lot of stuff from 4WD Hardware at my shop and have been really happy with the service and quality. Its great to see you on Pirate and I hope you have some thick skin

Hey I've ordered lockers, shafts, winch, all kinds of shit from 4wd.com and they are the best. Even worked with me when we found out that there was a $1000/a day limit on my debit card. Plus I had tracking #'s as soon as they had em.

Good group. Still waiting on that Pirate sale..

I posted this in their sale post. just wanted it in the main welcome post.

Just spoke to James at 4WD Hardware, and i am less than impressed.

I placed an order yesterday, and didn't mention the Pirate discount, and now they is no way to apply it short of me shipping a pair of seats back. I messaged him within hours of placing the order, and called less than 24 hrs later. Were talking refunding $28 on a $578 order. Makes me wonder about their service, as they dont seem to want to go above and beyond to help their customers out. I'll take my future business elsewhere. Anyone else that wants to deal with them, be sure to order right parts, and get Pirate discount up front, or your screwed.

Just an update. Brian reached out to me, and got my order number, and was able to work in the discount for me. Their service is looking better in my eye's. Still, just be sure to get the discount applied before any purchases is made!

thats general rule of thumb anyways. if you forgot to mention a discount code when you ordered thats pretty much your fault
