I got a real kick out of this and I thought I would share. I mounted my Go Pro down low on the buggy and shot video going across Fordyce Creek. The river was running around 300 CFS according to Dream Flows. For comparison the tires are 39's.

Sorry, but I didn't see any fish swimming by.

:D

Put mine on the tie rod once and did the same thing in a rive back here. Def saw fish look at it like WTF? U can turn it around and get great suspension shots to make sure everything's working like it's supposed to.

Cool vid

From the sound of it, was that a Toyota Prius motor in your buggy?

I've got to do something about that.

You can hear the damn fuel pump more than the motor! I just have to be cooler than that!:grinpimp:

When we were looking where to mount the Go Pro on my mates son's Kiwi Truck (NZ Trophy Kart) a suspension arm was suggested. I might have to give it ago nex time he races.

Here's one of the suspension working on a NZ buggy.

Edit: How the F%$k do I embed a video?

Were you guys there the week of the Aug 8th? Those rigs look familiar. We got stuck on winch hill #1 behind a red XJ that tacoed his tie rod. Sweet video. I had my GoPro mounted on the bumper on the first crossing.

This is the mount I am using.

It works good. I just wish that the tube clamp part of it was beefier and used a larger screw/bolt. The upper half of it has a nice swivel and is plenty strong enough for the go pro but I wouldnt mount any heavier of a cam to it.
