Tried a search but couldn't word it right and didn't find what I was looking for.:(
Whats the size the u-joint for a 93' zj 30 yolk? And the yolk on a 78-9 rc44?
I am swapping a narrowed rc44 in and want to retain the current shafts.
Do they make odd u-joints that go from say 1310 on one cross to 1350 on the other? (thats just an example, otherwise I don't know what I need at the momment)
thanks

Dont know how much it will help, but my YJ's stock shafts after appropriate lengenthening/shortening worked just fine with an EB front 44 and a scout 44 rear. Joints were the same, and probably will be in your application as well. If that fails they do make dual sized joints that will adapt them. Call Jess @ High Angle if you run into trouble.

Thanks,
I wasn't sure if they made doubles sized joints.
I belive the rc44's yolk is probably 1310 and my d-line is smaller for sure.

Your joint isnt smaller than a 1310. The Rc44 is probably a 1330. same caps as the 1310, but the cross is wider.. Also you will have to have your shaft shortend, but you probably already expected that. And they do make a cross over joint from 1310-1330. Good luck trying to get one at autozone, they have them, but they would just look at your funny, unless they knew about it.. Go to a driveline shop or call jess.. either way

Thanks, I wasn't positive when I thought it was 1350. I won't bother going to any kragens or autozone place, I'm tired of going there even to get the little stuff and being looked at as if I was retarded.:flipoff: them.( besides i don't want some crappy joints)
I think I will be able to get away without shortening the shaft. Going to move the axle forward slightly. I'm using a modified ford radius arm that connects to my long arms. Funky but should work well. :D

or put a 1310 yoke on it, use normal ujoints, and be happy.:D
