I just swapped in my rear D60 with Ford Exploder discs. I replaced the stock manual master cylinder with a 1968 Corvette master (4 wheel manual disc brakes)and used the original proportioning valve. The brakes seemed to work great until I got to take it for a drive over 2 miles. It appears that that the brakes felt good because more and more pressure was applied until the brakes eventually locked up. Somehow I think that the pressure was not being relieved and the brakes just kept getting tighter. I don't understand why this happened, any ideas?
Also, the push rod that I used was from the original M/S and it seemed like the stroke was the same.
