Did you have trouble fitting the studs in the arm. The stud sees to bind up at the part where there is no thread(?). Im heating the arm & cooling the stud to see if that helps but so far no good.:confused: These arms are brand new, a gift from a freind.

First thing you need to do is sell them, and get some stronger ones. They will bend at the first hole under heavy use.
try running a drill through the holes to clean the powder coating out.:D

But yeah, forgot to mention that I did run a drill thru, these definitely seem to be bored too small. Maybe they are only bored for bolts instead of studs. I like these arms because of their adjustability, but I need to be able to get to that pont 1st. I think Ill go scrounge for some bolts till I can get these rebored correctly & tapered. These are the "new" design with the 5 holes instead of 7 & also have the interlocking feature if you add a spacer.

I just replaced mine with grade 8 bolt.
