Here at M&M I have been building for over 18 years. We can build you a one off buggy, custom cage or even bumpers. Our chassis design has won the ECORS endurance racing Series last year and is in the running for it this year. These races are very hard on parts and average about 3-4 hours long. Don't let that fool you. We also build some of the most comfortable 2 and 4 seat buggies that still can get it when needed.. We use every weekends experience to validate and improve design. We have mockup ls engines as well as transmissions and an atlas. so we can mock up your chassis without many of your parts on hand. We are located near Winston Salem, North Carolina.

This is what you get with a bare chassis price. #12 ready for delivery. This customer went with.188 wall A,B,C pillars for extra strength. Basically ready for the hood and tie in pieces from the shock towers to the main chassis. These will fit just about any hood combo you can come up with.

So if I was interested in a 4 seater roller, and you say, a roller starts at $3000, you mean it would be $3800 for chassis + $3000 to Mount engine, tranny, t-case, setup 4link suspension front and rear and finish out subframe.....so basically $6800 for a roller (using my motor, tranny, t-case, axles and coilovers) correct?

Thanks
Jeff

09-21-2011, 05:33 AM
Yes, IF you use ori's or don't want air bumps.$6800 for a bare roller. If you want Air bumps front and rear it is another $350 labor plus parts and materials to set them up. Then if you want me to setup the front clip it is an additional $350 plus parts and materials for most of the standard ones. Please feel free to contact me with any other questions.

Thanks PJ

I have a question where did you get the Jeep TJ grill hood and front winshield section from? Its in the 3rd picture

mpistolpj
10-19-2011, 06:20 PM
We usually pie cut are own oem metal hoods. We also use oem style metal grills and cut them down most of the time. The cowls we get from Jimmy's and Twisted. Its hard to reproduce these with factory sheetmetal.

thanks Pj

PJ...I have never been to your vendor page. I have #11 I think (correct me if I'm wrong). It is the 2.5t Rockwelled Big Block. PJ is the easiest person to work with. His work is not only top notch, but also very innovative. Every time he builds a Buggy he comes up with more creative ways to make it unique, functional, and very sexy. Just ask any of us who have partnered with him on our builds...you will get the same response from every one. I say partnered because you aren't just buying a Rig from him...you are collaborating WITH PJ to build your dream.

Tell me about it...I am most jealous about this innovation. Good for everyone else that comes after that can get this design! It looks like you could pull the transfer case out the back and drop the tranny out the bottom without pulling the motor. At the very least it makes it very easy to drop the pan for filter changes and such.

I dropped off most/all of my parts to PJ sometime last week. What an adventure that was. We hit bad weather both ways. I know he knows which parts are mine because they had road salt all over them. On the way back it got real spooky heading back through WV. The best part was the dinner his wife made for us. He and his family are genuinely nice people.

I cant wait to he starts the build. I know i'm impressed with his work and I know you guys will definitely dig what we have came up with.
