Couple q's.. 1. Are the slotted radius arm bushings in production yet? 2. Those of you who have drilled out the stock ones per the instructions in an old post here, how does your rig drive at high speeds a couple months after making the mod? Handling still ok, or does it now feel like you're driving without any bushings at all in the front?

Yep these thing are coming soon. (and so is christmas :flipoff2: )
Everything is at the machine shop at the moment, the design for the dies has been finalised and all they have to do is throw a chunk of alminium in the cnc mill and start making them (were getting four sets of dies made, so we can mass produce these things)
The machine shop guys may be able to get these things out before christmas but I am expecting then in the new year.
Once I get the dies I have to do a bit of drilling and tapping and then take them back to the rubber guy and get some sets made and then throw them in some rigs to do a bit of testing and then make a heap of them for all you guys and post them.
Thats the plan.

I've had no issues what-so-ever with my drilled bushings. Still drives like before. No excessive wandering, etc. Everytime I'm 'wheeling with people, they see my DII and dismiss it as a "Yuppie" mobile. Then afterwards they tell me how surprised they are that I kept up with them. It flexes wonderfully and just "walks" over obstacles. For some reason those D-90 guys keep thinking that they'll kick my ass, and yet it just doesn't happen. :flipoff2:
