How are these jugs holding up over the long-term? I bought a 12 gallon Hunsaker Qwikfill jug and it got brittle and cracked apart at the 2-year mark (stored inside with no fuel). My cheap 5 gallon plastic motorcycle jugs are twice as old and sit out in the sun all day and don't crack.

Was their a bad batch of plastic resin on these?

We have been using our shop ones for over 5 years, with gas, race fuel and diesel stored in the container. The new ones do have improved uv guard however we haven't had any issues with the old style.
