OK guys, it's now time for me to rebuild my cylinder heads.

Let us assume that I didn't crack or otherwise make them unrebuildable.

I strongly suspect that I will need at least two exhaust valves, perhaps two exhaust valve seats for these two, and maybe exhaust valve guides.

We know that LR does not make many of their own parts and often-times, there are other alternatives. Does anybody know of alternative parts for valve train components? I am suspicious that the valve guides may well be a generic size that is pressed in and gorund to fit the profile of the valve. What about the valves?

Inquiring (cheap bastard) minds want to know...
