Anybody have the hard numbers, W460 specifically ?
Inner & outer axle thickness / diameter ?
Birf's dimensions ?
Ring gear diameter, Pinion diameter, spline count ?
I know these are fairly obscure axles, & we plan to tear into my buddies with a set of calipers - but my curiosity beckons me to ask :D
My thoughts on an exterior visual inspection, has me comparing them to FJ-80 units, but I'd fancy some real numbers :)

A quick call to RCV (awesome customer service & products, just sayin :smokin:), yielded their measurements, of their W460 products to be;
Birf: 3.56"
Axles: 1.31"
And, a call to Eurotruck importers - The rather helpful fellow busted out his tape & a diff that was sitting close by - he said the measurement on the toothside, was 'just a hair over 7 1/2" '.
So, pretty comparable - size wise - to Toyota mini-stuff.
I'm still interested in pulling the parts from my friends rig & measuring them & snapping some pics, for the sake of posterity.
