Is there anyone heading down to J V during november?
I live in nor cal (sonoma county) and wanted to follow along with anyone who is like minded, which if your on here its a pretty good bet we have the same purpose in mind! Wife and myself no kids here but we don't descriminate

it is getting to be wheelin weather right now. victor valley 4 wheelers are putting on their yearly event this weekend. there will be people on the lakebed every weekend for the next few months. genright, for instance will be on the lake from nov 19 to 27. most people are pretty open for guests as long as your rig is on the same level or more capable than theirs and you know how to wheel. i'm sure you will find what you are looking for and have a great time. a bunch of us are going out for the first time this year this thursday and can't wait to get there.

we will be there the whole week, went last yr and hung with the gen-right guys and had a blast planning for more fun this year

Where is the best place to camp? havent been there but can see that its huge! want to be close enough to play area so i dont have a day trip just to see rocks.

I'm going nov 17 to 21. Is anyone from up north going and like to caravan.

Camp on the lake bed and you will be fine....

I just went last weekend. For a day run, weather was bitchin shorts and a tshirt day and nite. Ill be up at soggy dry lake next weekend for tthe tg appreciation run and for thanks giving if I don't break my pos again

on state highway 247. To Boone Rd. (which is an unimproved graded dirt road. N34.24.70, W

Drive North, off of Hwy. 247, approx. 7 miles to Means Dry Lake (N 34.24.74, W 116.30.99).
GenRight will have yellow banners and/or a Yellow EzUp canopy up to publicly mark our camp area.

sold it back in March to a guy in the club.

didn't have the space to really store it up here and with the hauler it was kinda redundant... still have the same basic living space though.

blusami, I am leaving tomorrow Friday the 18th in the afternoon and coming back on Tuesday. I am in Santa Rosa. Heading down with a buddy and going to meet some other guys down there. If you are still going pm me and Will hopefully see you there.

How did things go for Thanks giving week,any pics?

didn't get to snap many pics. We were moving right along with little to no issues. GenRight did a outstanding job making sure everyone was having a great time. Also going above and beyond helping newbs get their junk off the trail.

I plan on going down there next year for the event, sounds like a blast.
