I'm in need of a new, solid bench seat, black vinyl perferred, cloth might be an option. Seat cover is not an option. The bench seat springs and frame are trashed. Please let me know if you have any ideas.

Even in AK, they have junk yards. I don't think you'd want to pay more in shipping then for the seat.

Another choice is Broncos, a few of the bolts go right in, then you have to drill a few. At least you do when you '9? Bronco buckets in your 80s truck.

Yup. Have to agree that a bone yard is yer best bet.
"Southeast of Anchorage"? That's encompasses quite a lot
of territory.:D Around these parts, bone yards dedicate an
entire enclosed area for seats. That's where I'd look.
