I've seen them om Wartsila, ABC, and Lister-Blackstone marine diesels (1000rpm 1000 to 2000 hp gensets) These were made by Glacier, a U.K. company. Hopefully they make smaller versions of those, so you could use them on a car engine. I'm curious too, and did a little websearch, and came up with this: http://www.filteredge.com/model025.htm which looks quite interesting for "our" segment of the market... HTH
