Would have been a little spooky up there wondering which way rocks would have been rolling down from, if any. Unless you were still wheelin :D ... I felt it at home in Mather, Ca. Shook my bed enough that it woke me up.

I was with two of my buddies just about to set up camp at winch hill three. no music on just standing around having beers talking when all of a sudden this massive rumble was coming at us up the canyon. sounded like a herd of raging v8's. the other two guys said it sounded like a bunch of big machine guns.it was crazy! as the thunderous rumble hit us the ground started shaking. you could feel the granite move under your feet and then roll past us up the hill. very cool. i just got home an hour ago and was telling my wife the story and got goose bumps all over my arms. we all feel pretty lucky to experience such a cool thing.

definitely had a spooky element. made us feel real small in that forest.

Felt like a train going by outside my house in Georgetown.
