Figured I'd post some pictures here of my little guy. I mainly post on Isuzupup.com because I'm not as hardcore as most people are on Pirate, but someone thought you guys might be interested...
Some details: It's sitting on 31x10.5 wrapped around stock 15in Isuzu snowflake wheels. The lift is just a cranked torsion bar lift in the front, and spring "helpers" in the back. I cut out roughly 1" from the fenders to prevent rubbing when stuffed, and used a BFH on the firewall to make a wider turning radius. Engine is the 2.2L diesel, with 4-speed manual. Exhaust is 2.75" under, going into a 3.75" stack. All stock gearing until I can find an '86 Trooper 4x4, 5-speed, and 4.55 third-members (stock is 4.10). Top speed of about 75mph, and getting 28mpg on my average commute.
As for the "doors"... I did them a few months ago just for the hell of it. Once it started getting cold (and I couldn't find anyone willing to give up a set of doors) I formed some Lexan and closed them up (Version 1.0). The temperature lately has been hovering around -10F (I'm in North Pole, Alaska) and I still stay pretty warm. I ordered a larger "buggy" heater for when it gets colder (Jan-Feb is usually -20F and colder). Going from a est. 8000Btu, to 30,000Btu should do the trick.

If you want to know how I did the doors, here is the "build thread" on Isuzupup.com http://www.isuzupup.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=14010
If you want to know more about the truck itself, here is that thread with some (older) videos (not hardcore, but still fun) http://www.isuzupup.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=8890
Thanks for checkin him out.
