My buddy made an s-10 blazer with toy running gear. Had the 4.3 in it with dual marlin cases and everything. You remember him, white s-10 blazer, my buddy that owns flex 4wd in placerville.

ahhhh, okay no mall posures, okay, well I know of people that have put a dana 30 in the front and kept the stock rear end. Umm, that same blazer that was Jimmys is on full width running gear now with a 44 front and 60 rear. Oh yeah, turn on your ICQ.

I know your going to bust me for having only poser shots, but hey it's not mine I just did the SAS. He does wheel it, the hell out of it. Rolled it last winter, and put a new body on it.

Here is the rear, D60 cut down to 61.5" to match the front.

:flipoff2: that for all the people that are going to bust on the blocks, like I said not mine, and he needed to cut cost some where.

Here you can see the coils, buckets, ect. Also a side note the shock mounts, they are just 70s F-150 style, that I just drilled thru the side for the eye style shocks. Even cheaper the buying the F-350 ones from ford, since I have about 10 sets of the damn things laying around.

since the steering is not hooked up in any of these pics, I would guess not. :D He was going to go high steer, then budget cut again. The drag link was just a stock jeep one that was hanging out in the pitman arm to look at angles. Once it was all said and done we took a stock chevy center link, cut it down, re-threaded it, and reamed the steering stablizer hole to fit the drag link. Reamed the Ford holes thru the top, and put the center link in the stock holes just on top. Amazingly(sp?) it has very little bump steer.

The trac bar is about 5" longer then the stock EB one that came with the front axle.

The only reason I sold it was because I wanted something new, and I had to sell it to finance my new project. It was originally a 2WD truck, I think the rear axle was about 55", same as toyota.

Ha Ha Pat, I know you aren't referring to the Blazer I built as a mall cruiser with 40's. I took that bitch everywhere and wheeled the hell out of it. The only problems I ever had revolved around the toy axles and the buggy springs. And I only ran 36s and 35" Boggs on it. Now its full width with 38 SXs but I just revamped it for its new owner.
It still kicked ass for what it was in its day!
