Can anyone recommend a good DVD with a lot of rockcrawling competitions and extreme trails? I'm looking to get one for Christmas and I want to get a good one.

I would agree with Supergper. Hammer Down is pretty good. It has competition and some trail stuff mixed in along with monster truck crawling.

You can check it out here;

I also did a review of it really quick. You can read it here:

I just picked up the Pirates of the Rubicon video. Great trail ride coverage and funny too. It reminds you of all the good times you have just wheelin with your buds. If you want extreme than go with the Rock Crawling Championship tapes, Volumes 1 thru 13, from Big Rock video. Those things are AWSOME. I should know because I'm the loser who bought every one of them.

What wheelin videos have you tried? I have seen ALL the wheelin videos from Sidekick, Big Rock, Mr. Ed, and some Searchers and various one-of-a kind.

Actually. the best wheelin videos I've seen came from CA4WDC of the Sierra Trek and there were only two as I recall one from 92 and one from 93 if my memory serves me correctly. Mr. Ed's were fun but you have got to be able to withstand his wife's real-time narration and her constant Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh, Ed!
