i had a 205 shipped to me and the guy i got it from said it weighed over 100 lbs. the tranny is less trhan that but im not sure, i was gonna weigh my 350/205 setup before i threw it in but forgot sorry! <IMG SRC="smilies/frown.gif" border="0">

i can tote a th400 around pretty easy; i think that means it weighs less than 100 lbs <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">. i'd guess around 85-100.

the 205 is about 140 lbs dry, if i remember correctly.
