I have finally gotten the 60 rolling (running 37s) and have installed a one ton mc from a chevy. The rear has the disk brake conversion on it. I would expect the brake to be able to lock up but i have a hard pedal and barely stop. How do check the booster? Brake have been bled several times, MC bench bled twice. Could it be that i need large line to calipers. I am using the stock 3/16th lines. I have a proportioning valve installed to for the rear at full pressure to the rear. Need help. I installed the chevy mc after having the same issue with a supra 4wheel disc mc. I have no idea what else it could be other than booster. The booster was working fine prior to build up that started in March.

Do you have good vacume to the booster?

Turn on the motor,
Pump the brakes.
Does the motor stumble?
If it does you have a leaky booster. If not then your booster is probably good

did you use the stock booster with a chevy master????

No the motor does not stumble. Yes I did use the stock booster with the chevy mc.
