Can I used this set up. Will the U joints match? I'm building a 57 Willys Wagon that I'm hoping to use a D44 and AMC 20 out of a wagoneer and use a ford NP 208. Anyone have a clue?
What should I look out for here? Pete
a drivers side dif? Other than that I cant think of a single reason why on earth the axles and transfer case would care what assembly line the other rolled off of

since you are swaping axles and t-case, you will most likely have to get new drive shafts, when you get the DS's made they will be made for whatever size ujoint you tell them

I am pretty sure your front axle is a passenger drop and the t case is a drivers. However it does depend on what year waggy ;)

Cool. Then all you need to do is match the ujoints on your new driveshafts to the yokes on the axles and case...although I would recoend to get the same size yolk in all for corners...that way you dont need 3 or 4 different ujoints for spares. ;)
