Does anyone have prices online for D60 lockers, spools, and gears? Everything I have found skips over the D60 stuff - or says call. If I have to call, I probably don't want to know ;-)

Thanks,
CAZ

Drivetrain Warehouse (http://www.drivetrainwarehouse.com/) lists prices Andy. Others (such as Randy's Ring and Pinion and Drivetrain Direct) don't have prices on their websites but usually list prices in the magazines. Essentially Off-Road (http://www.essentiallyoffroad.com/axleslockersgears/dana60.htm) lists (better) prices on their site and they are on the East Coast. If I were you I'd check out Essentially's prices and then go down the road to Hoaks, they can probably match/beat them.

Check E-bay for gears, I bought two sets for $100 each, new ones run about twice that. I bought my detroit from Drivetrain Warehouse (a branch of 4wheel parts with better prices) for $480 with free shipping.

Call Rusty's for lockers. He beat everyone by about $100 when I ordered a 35 spline ARB ($570 + shipping).

If Essentially has the best prices why not buy from them ?? The folks willing to give you the best price up front... not someone that has to be coaxed into it by revealing their competitors price???

I think that Andy is just shopping around right now. I don't necessarily know that Hoaks is going to have better or worse prices, but since they are local to CAZ he wouldn't have to pay shipping from them or wait for the product. With the links that I posted above he now has a ballpark figure for what gears and lockers cost for a D60.

What happened to the Unimog axles Andy?
