Okay, I'm planning on getting a 4" exhuast from turbo back (actually 3.5" downpipe, then 4") w/ a stainless tip. I was looking for feedback on any decent systems that adds a GOOD SOUND, and also obviously some POWER without breaking the bank. I've searched at thedieselstop.com, and will be posting there too. Just trying to get as many experiences as I can.....

As of right now I'm leaning toward a Pinnacle system....anyone w/ comments?

I run a 3.5 down pipe to a 4" pipe with a "power-flow" or "pro-flow" or something like that muffler.
You can see right through the muffler...
Pretty much a muffler looking pack:rolleyes:

Runs real nice and the turbo sounds real cool spoolin' up.
Bit O a bark when you are on it hard, but nothing like a striaght piped gasser.

My brother put a 4 inch BD Exhaust on his. Here's a pic of the mufler next to a 5 gallon bucket. :D Not too loud but nice and deep.

i put a complete 4in bank's kit knockoff kit on mine and the muffler was a straight see through, and it had a really bad sound to it, i later took the muffler out and went straight pipe...

4in down pipe and straight all the way out makes it sound like a kenworth driving easily, and a pissed off big block when you hammer it!

Sorry, can't help you with a brand, but I would try and hear one before you buy it, I've heard several powerstrokes w/exhaust that really sound like arse.

(And no, this is not a "my I6 is cooler than your V8" thing, the 24V Cummins usually sound crappy when straight piped, too--pretty good if you leave the resonator in, though).
