No offense, but by asking this questions means, you shouldn't even attempt it.
If you aren't sure what you'd need, then chances are you don't have the skills to pull it off.

HOwever, to humor you, here's a small list...there are a TON of other things to figure out too.

Suspension setup:
Leafs - cheapest option
spring hangers/shackles - to mount the leafs up front
gearing - the diffs won't be geared for your motor, so you will need to regear them
locker? - if you are ripping into gears, it's a good time to add a locker
spring plates - f/r spring plates set to the correct width (decide if it's going to be SUA or SOA)
drive shafts - new driveshafts will need to be made
shocks
steering setup

Those are just the basics. Really, the process is a ton more complicated. It can be done fairly easy. The diffs you have are probably D44's. The diff should be on the correct side for the front (pass. drop) They are going to be full width, so, you will need to deal with it (add flares/mudflaps to make legal) or cut down to fit the vehicle. You could be a complete kit with the parts you'd need to make it work....which would help simplify things....but it's still quite a bit of work and knowledge to make it work correctly.
