RTF has a SEE truck and I have been trying to get the hydraulic cooler for the backhoe to work. I have traced wire #70 to the plug below the fuse panel which is the main hot wire lead to the unit.

Near as I can tell form the manuals, it may go through one of the 5 mysterious relays on the driver side near the air filter or ?? Most of the other wires I have elliminated as they go to the instrument panel or other switches for the engine.

I have not been able to locate a wiring schematic for the SEE truck.

There is no power to the wire from behind the plug for the #70 wire. I think* it should be hot all the time or at least when the ignition is on.

I get neither.

Help?

I have done alittle work on these. Have you seen this manual?

volume 1..
http://www.rockymountainmoggers.com/pdf/TM5-2420-224-20-1.pdf

and volume 2...
http://www.rockymountainmoggers.com/pdf/TM5-2420-224-20-2.pdf

See volume 2 page 4-388, there is a 16amp fuse for the oil cooler.

I didnt dig to see if there is info on the 5 relays in the manual, but if you need to replace one, I have used relays from NAPA # AR394

Give Scott over at EI a call. He can get you a Drivers Manual (about $30)and or Service Manuals (about $250) either one will have the wiring schematic. Also post your question on the Mog mailing list at TX4X4.com a lot of Mog knowledge there.

Thanks guys, I found it in the TM 5-2420-224-20-2 book. page 4-169. It is a 16 amp fuse for the cooler. It was blown on the panel and I am heading out to see if I can make it work!!
