Im in the middle of coverting to crossover steering. My drag link is at the machine shop wich is closed till friday. The pitman for the 2wd box has 4 alignment holes at the 12,3,6,and 9 oclock positions. Will i damage my box if I just rotate the pitman 90 degrees and run the factory drag link to the factory steering arm for a couple days?

I if I dont move her for thursday I get $65 ticket.

You could try it but I wouldn't really drive it like that.
The 2wd pitman does not have the twist in it that the 4wd one does so your DLE angle will be huge on the pitman side. If you drive it you might bend something (assuming you can even bolt it up).

As Homer Simpson said "I'll bash it good!"
I dont care about the angles as long as it does not damage the internals of my gearbox.

Does make me wonder why no one sells a piman for a 4x4 box that would work for crossover? That could potentially cut costs a lot.

There's probably not a big market for a pitman arm for that since the Superlift #1104 sells for $40 and you just need a 2wd sector shaft.
I agree about the angles being bad, but then again you're not too worried about damaging the old drag link I suppose since you'll be using a different one for the crossover.
Drive real slow.
