Where do all of the lines go????? I pulled the tank about 2 months ago and I am just now putting it back in...can't find any good diagrams or anything else that may help me.

Best thing you can do is get a factory service manual, or find someone with a 77 that you can look at or have them take pictures of for you. It always best to label everything before taking it apart, but it appears too late for that.
I know my old 74 had a ton of vapor lines coming form the gas tank. I had to have my fuel tank repaired, so it all came out, but I marked all the hoses before removal, I was glad I did. It took the dude at the radiator shop 2 weeks to fix my tank, hell, I forgot my name by that time, let alone hose configuration....Good Luck!:skull:

Strangely enough, the factor service manuals don't show the tank connections. It is easy enough to figure out the important ones: The fuel line is the one that fuel comes out of when you pull a vacuum on it. The other one on the side is the vapor return from the charcoal canister. The ones on the top go to the vapor/fuel separator at the fill cap.

Maybe someone has the cover off and can take a peek.

I think I have it figured out somewhat...the 3 on the bottom of the fuel seperator go to the 3 above the filler neck. What about the one on top of the fuel seperator?? I think that there was a filter on this one...but where does it go??? Then there is one that comes out of the side of the tank, and one that exits on the bottom corner of the tank. a pic of someone with a '77 tank would be helpful. THANKS!!

The line with the little filter goes to the steel line that runs from near the B pillar, under the rocker panel to the charcoal canister. The one on the side facing inside is the the vapor return. The one on the bottom is where the fuel comes out. I just don't know exactly where the ones on top go to and I'm not planning to take the cover off soon.
