Saying hi! My name is Randy and I play in a band called Randy and the Finks. And I love 4x4's. Driving, building and destroying.

Anyways, I'm looking into getting some 2 and 1/2 ton Rockwells for my '78 Chevy 4x4. I'm going big and I like it!

The question is when you flip the hubs and run a pinion brake, what are the measurments, as in axle width and such.

Thanks!

Three things

1) I don't know the answer

2) go to General 4x4 and search

3) go to www.usa6x6.com and look around, then email daniel. Or you can use their BBS to get some answers.

This information has been convered in great detail, use the search feature.

the axles are 69.5 in wide if you flip the hubs in on the front the top of the diff is 11 in from the centerline of the axle {as in height } they are approximately 16 in pinion flange to pinion flange
