Yeah, I know, I'm a stupid fawker and my little 40 sucks, but oh well :flipoff2: .
Would a wiring harness, that's in good shape, from a stock 78 work okay without any major mods to my beater stock 77? Both US spec FJ40's.
Thanks:D :flipoff2: :D

Yes. AFAIK they are identical with the same green connectors.

depends if the 77 harness is post 9/'77... Lots of little changes there. Plugs changed to waterproof on lots of the more of the plugs, washer reservior, blinker switch differnent, also some of the dash swithces and stuff are different, lots of little hassles. Been there done that swap...

WAIT!!! This wiring swap is WAY more difficult than putting gas in your truck. Oh that's right, you're from Jersey so you don't even have to do that either. :flipoff2: Before you burn the truck to the ground give me a call at the shop so I can install it the right way. If not, I hear that James would be interested in the job.:flipoff2: :flipoff2: Call me if you're going to Paragon on Sunday.

HCC - find your truck porn somewhere else :flipoff2:  .
I gotta get these elec issues solved now! Bad enough almost burning the 80 to the ground.
Not going to PAP on Sun. Remember, I don't wheel my shit :flipoff2: . Actually, pinned the new fuggin scab against a tree this week  - well, the winch works good :flipoff2: . I'd dig to see you wheel your girlie junk with the bikini in the snow though.
Probably swing by tomorrow in the 80. 40 still ain't registered, inspected, real plates or any other of that trash :flipoff2: :flipoff2:
