I found a 79 chevy 3/4 2wd that is being parted. Are these front rotors different than the 4x4 fronts? And if not, will a 79 set work for this. If not, I will get the 73 k20 3/4 4x4 ones from auto zone. Thanks Dennis

The 4wd rotors are different than the 2wd rotors. The 2wd set will not work on a conversion.

Like he said, they are different. Just buy new ones and don't worry about it, they are cheap, like $40 for both of them

Why does eveyone say get the '73 3/4 4x4 ones? Are these different than say a '77 3/4 4x4 ones? The reason I ask is I am doing disks on my 14 bolt and have a pair of rotors off a mid'70s D44(not sure what year newer than '76 though no flat top on pass side). Will these work?Blazin:D
