231 is the x case out of a wrangler..

Yes, but I think he was referring to the 231J (Jeep), 231C (GM), etc. This kit is the same as the JB conversions kit, just rebadged and it has the output bearing already pressed in. It will fit all 231 cases. The only differences might be in where your speedo cable attatches and what gear it uses. Jeep cases, save the speedo gear out of the old 231 case to install into the JB/AA SYE housing. I don't think these kits will fit the 233 case, though.

This price is for the AA kit and both front and rear drivelines? What yoke options come with the AA kit? How much wait time for the kit? Could I order the kit and then drivelines later?

we can pretty much put what ever will work for the 231 kit -its extra if you do not want the 1/2 ton c/v yoke it comes standard with- as for time -1-3 day lead time possibly faster depending on the day and sure you can buy the first - Jess
