Superior Axle does not have the machining capability to build something like this. They have a new super u-joint of their own but wanted something completely different. I mean, COMPLETELY different! So they asked OX Trax to give it a whirl. They have no idea even what the 2 OX's they brought cost yet so marketability is yet to be determined. High Angle Driveline makes super joints for the D30, D44, and D60. The ones they make right now are not for street use due to the premature wear of the bronze bushing they use rather the needle bearings. They are working on a streetable version that is made from 4130 chrome-moly and stock 297-x caps and needle bearing. www.highangledriveline.com There is another place that makes them called CMC?? I think. I can't remeber for sure and can't find the article but IIRC they cost around $400 but are suppost to be bulletproof. Another method to make your joints stronger is to have them frozen to -300 deg below zero.
