Are the Threads stripped or is it the bolt head.

Weld a bolt to it and take it out. Get a new plug, or use a pipe wrench on it to get it off, get a new plug. :skull:

I have had real good luck with pipe wrenches. Those 2 foot long red monkey wrenches will take anything and will grab anything as long as you dont care about what it does to the anything.

I would weld a nut on, if that isnt possible, drill the biggest hole possible MOST of the way through, tap it put a bolt in it with a lil lock tight. Takes a lil bit, but it will get it out.
