We have a few small sponsers, such as a Realestate guy that is one of our good customers, He just throws down a couple hundred a year or so. The shop that we own sponsers us via tools, space, welder, tow rig, ect. But it all comes out of our pocket in the end. Most of all expence we pay. We also do all our own work right down to the prep for paint. Oh ya, A resteration shop does all our paint work as much as we need for just the price of materials.

I have a few small sponsors, no one that pays expenses and such, just parts, products or special costs on certain items.

Performance Distributors (DynaBatt)
Subaru Suzuki Kia Recycling (Sacramento)
PolyPerformance.com (PIG)
Dline service of Stockton (Crackhead and Gary)
Muffler Tech (Sacramento)

And Tony K helped me get started.

But im hoping to pick up one or two bigger sponsors that can help out with some expenses.

I will be sponsored by my dad's web page when I get it running (www.texasbbqrub.com). It won't be much, mostly just to cover entrace fees when my Jeep gets a cage.

He mostly wants to do it for advertisement. Now that Texas is getting some good competitions he is more interested in it.

My work(Six States) helps out with drivetrain, and Factory Tubular helps with tube and suspension parts. Oops almost forgot HPC (bling bling coatings:) )

After getting some experienced advice from Pan (Red Bull Jeep) I've found my own company should be able to fully sponsor the next rig, including per-diem on the road living expenses. ;)
Especially since our advertisment expenses here to for are near zero due to continuing word of mouth referals.

Pan's advice (he's the consumate promotor) included careful documentation and reasonable, justifiable proof that you are advertizing to and reaching a good deal of people, including events, on-line articles, magazine, TV exposure, etc.... of your business name/logo/URL.

well i could say the veteran's administration, since that's where my income comes from...

but when all said and done, it's 100% out of pocket, sure i'd like a real name sponsor, but in my area there aren't really any...

through some non-rockcrawl competition.. (rallye race, off-road race, etc.)

nothing more than some special pricing, or maybe a carhart jacket.

otherwise 100% out of pocket.

Surprisingly, I have found a ton of support from just within the friendship of rockcrawlers...so I will thank some people here that are sponsors and some that are not sponsors.
We have RedBull as a title partner, ProComp Tire & Wheel as a feature partner, and CTM, JSA OffRoad, JE Reel Driveline, and MasterCraft Seats as associate partners. All of these companies have put a huge effort into our team and I have to say thanks to Jim and Hayes from RedBull, Scott from ProComp, Jeff from JSA, Jack from CTM, Jim from JE Reel, and Robbie from MasterCraft...without you guys, we would be trailriding a beatup CJ7 on it's last leg...not that that's bad, but now that we have the team, my wife is actually enjoying wheeling.

In addition, we have found a ton of help through people and companies willing to go the extra mile just for the sake of friendship and customer service.
Although they are not sponsors, DynaTrac heard I had cracked a steering knuckle on the S10. They wanted to stand behind their product so they made the effort to see it repaired right. I was unbelievably happy with their friendship and have been trying to contact them all week to say thanks...glad to hear they're busy...Thanks Jim and Seth!
Another person that helped was Jason Bunch from TriCounty Gear. I needed a part on two seperate occasions and he was more than glad to help even though he was busy trying to get his own ass ready for putup or shutup...that was really appreciated...Thanks Jason!
BigRich Klein and CalROCS helped us out a ton by going the extra mile to see us get involved in BajaRocks. He's even flying down to root Roggy and I on...Thanks Rich!
And to Walker and Randy, thanks for building such a great rig...someday I will figure out how to drive it to its full potential. Until then, you'll probably see it after each competition for a new body :D

Also, whoever that was the day before PutUp that helped us out with the battery booster and got MrsCamo off the hill, THANKS...I've forgotten your names but not forgotten you...
Finally, thanks John for winching me back on all fours on that second to last obstacle. We were out of energy and your rig was a saviour.

So, to all of the people involved, sponsors or not

My wife bought the rig for me. :D
Buddy at Foothills4x4(Greenville SC) helps with discount prices on parts and use of the shop.
Shupee has helped with a few used parts and the use of a few axle shafts for spares, plus the current front 44 came from him fairly cheap.
Chris Durham has helped with front 5 lug rotors plus giving a good price for a HP44 that will be taking the front position in the next few weeks.
My dad bought the spotters rope. :D
Blazer Surf and Skate(Greenville SC) is giving a discount on 2 dot approved helmets.
Carolina Vynal and Graphics gives a discount on lettering.

Traveling and entry comes out of pocket. Hope to have someone help with that soon.
May have a tire sponsor soon. (BFGoodrich)
Also my spotter, Jeff, is a mechanic at Foothills4x4, and he helps work on the rig.
That is all... so far. We hope to do well enough this season to get a couple more BIG sponsors.

I'd like to thank my biggest sponsor: VISA
I owe them alot if you know what I mean

I'd also like to thank Rob Bryce at www.exaxt.ca
They gave me a deal on my 9"/mog hybrid rear steering axle. Now if we can just get it put together and under my rig I'll be ready to roll
