Okay, I know I'll probably get flamed for this, but I have to ask just the same. One the Zuk pumkins, there is a little plastic cap (white) over the diff breather. I want to remove this so I can run some soft plastic tube into the engine bay and inside the tub. Right now I don't feel comfortable crossing any rivers cuz I don't have raised breathers. My question is do these caps just pull off, or will a piece break off inside the diff? I just want to pull these off and make raised breathers, without screwing up my r&p or lock-rite with a piece of plastic floating around in there. Thanks guys. ~Steve

The stock breather caps are metal. The breather post is slightly flared at the end and the cap snaps over it. I got mine off after a little wrestling match with some vice grips. Oops, I almost forgot, :mad3: :D
