A high pinion front D60 sounds nice. I was wondering what would be easier, having the chevy tubes pressed in a ford center section or running a ford 60 with chevy knuckles and adapting a ford 205. I know the splines are different on the 205s but some one said you can simply change the input on the 205 to a chevy?
If that is true would the ford 205 bolt pattern match the chevy?

Chevy tubes in FORD HP60 center section would be easiest. as far as the 205 "shaft swapping" they are changable but I think the FORD X-case pattern is larger than the CHEVY pattern.....I gott check my other 205's I've got to make 100% sure for ya......:D

You know I just thought about it today, all the HPfords are reverse rotation right? Scrap that idea. I am not sure I want to know how much dynatrac wants for a D60 center section but that would give me more clearance still and could be cheaper than some AA POS. It would keep the ford shit of my truck too.
