I am looking for some rugged paint for my undercarage and roll bar. Does any one have any ideas? I don't want undercoating or por 15. I think there is a company called cromo1 or something But I am not sure any sugestions would be greatly appreciated.

Military camo paint has much higher solids content and is very durable. Stay away from Krylon or Aerovoe - those suck. Look for a mil spec number, and put it on with a brush.

Hammerite. Used it on my frame, axles, and rollcage.

Rustolium makes a brand called "Hard Hat". It works pretty good. You could try that one.

Years ago I purchased real good chassis paint from my IH truck dealers. I'm talking the local Mack, Kenworth and IH, 18 wheeler type garage. It came in 1 and 5 gal. pails and is or was the best I've used. Good luck.
