What parts are required to swap the stock auto for a 5spd in a 92 6cyl YJ? Here is what I have come up with: Tranny, clutch, flywheel, slave cylinder, clutch pedal, shifter, driveshaft mods?

Does the tcase need swapping (output shaft difference?)
Crossmember change?
Exhaust change?
