Does anyone make any dana 44 axle trusses. I have not yet seen one and would be curious if there is someone who has made their own.

Hey guys,

I am aware of Conferr, but I want something heavy duty. I don't like the bars that come below the diff for cleareance issues. Has anyone made there own or have pics of anything particular.

Make ur own... 1/4 in. straping, bend an weld....:D

Is it ok to WELD a solid, kinda ^ shaped, truss over the top of a Dana axle. Like, from beside the spring perch to the top of the diff., on both sides.
I have seen this done on Toyota axles but never on a Dana axle.
Is it ok to do???:confused:
