Is there any companies out there making adaptors for running dual Dana 300s?
Got to find something to do with all them laying around; why not run em at the same time?!

Is there any companies out there making adaptors for running dual Dana 300s? Nope. There is a reason for that, the best way to run a doubler is to use just the "rangebox" portion of the t-case, just like the 203-205 setups do. The design of the D300 does not allow for this to be easily accomplisehed. You could run a divorced 205 or 202 behind the 300, if you have the wheelbase. Or a 203-300 setup, if they make 'em.

I don't see why it couldn't be done very similar to the "Cold Duck" setup for the Early Bronco Dana 20, basically hack off the front output portion of the t-case and machine a tail-housing and output shaft that allows the 2nd case to bolt up.
A 23 spline outputshaft and an adapter that bolts in place of the tailshaft housing and has a flange with the Dana 300 circular pattern, along with a somewhat precise cut across the Dana 300 case, and a welded-in plate, plus a modified inspection cover, plus some shifter mods.
I may be easier to flip the 1st case and run the shifter rail similar to the way the flip kits do.
If you could make the input gear of the 2nd case and the output of the 1st case more compact and had an application with a very short trans-to-transfercase adapter it might be interesting.

......of course a Klune-V would be much easier.
If you have that many Dana 300's laying around that you are tripping on them, sell me one in good shape sans yokes and shifters for less than $100

that is what I was thinking... basically a short solid-mounted divorced D300 behind the first one. Either clock the first one up or flip it, in order to get the front driveshaft through.

I have one short output '80 style and one regular output already apart from the Jeeps. I also have two more short output '80 style that are still in Jeeps that could be parted with for the right price.
for less than $100
isn't the right price
