if not, why not just rivet some black rubber skirting to hang down from the original?

ill just probably bolt a pice of 4" rail under my bumpers
i still got stock bumpers

Just make a easily removable extension with only a couple bolts or pins.
It may not look good, but it should keep the man happy.

If you have a reciever hith on the bumper just take another piece of steel and weld it some 2" stock and slide it in the hitch for the rear. If it's the front make some drop brackets for the front bumper with two sets of mounting holes. All you'll have to do is get some pins and drop it to the lower holes when on road and put it in the upper holes when on the trail. It may look:rainbow:but it'll be legal.
