I have a dana 44 out of a 1/2 ton IH truck and i need the drivers side hub assembly. Does anybody still sell parts like this? Will scout parts work?

What year 1/2T? 74/75 use Scout hubs/rotors.

69-73 use drums and internal hubs.

Try a SLL vendor like http://www.SuperScoutSpecialists.com

WARN should still make the hubs n' such. In a pinch, I bet you could make F150 parts work.

It is a 74 front. So what year scout should i be looking for?

74-80.

Your truck should have the "external" style locking assembly that bolts onto the wheel hub, right? 27-spline stub shafts..

74-80 Scout IIs have what you need.
