I am starting a project to create a long arm kit for my TJ. I am doing a four link front and rear design. I am looking for some information from people that have tried this out. I am going to be using S80 tubing 2" OD for the body of the control arm and currie Johnny Joint for the ends. The lenth that I have choosen is 36" from frame to axle. Will be using relocation brackets for the upper control arms.
Does anybody have any helpful information concerning this project.

Do a search on my name here, I did one around last February, might check the JU archives, also.

POR search for HELLBENDER and Long Arms, or HELLBENDER and Arms came up with nothing (HELLBENDER in user search area and other in Key word area)

Let me know if someone finds it I would like to put the article in my Jeepn favorites list for referencing later.

Mo, the search works, but alot of the good posts got cleaned out a couple of months ago.

I did a search on my user name and I have no posts on this forum older than 8/16/01

Too bad cuz there were some killer topics.

Check this site out. Take a look at the custom uppers that were made to go along with the tera lowers. This is a great setup. It is what I am doing to my TJ.http://albums.photopoint.com/j/AlbumIndex?u=647321&a=10272809&f=0

reDrum--I wanted to keep my whole underside as slick and smooth as possible, I went back as far as I could w/o getting into driveshaft or suspension clearance problems.
