On a dana 60 front axle, are the shafts, spindles, rotors calipers etc. from a ford truck compatable with those of a chevy???

Yes if they both use "king pins" on the kuckles. They will work but you might run into problems if you plan to upgrade the "outters" to 35 spline....

Well the Ford is a Reverscut D60. Knukles out are probably interchangable but my guyess is inner axle shafts are not.

They are interchangable from the knuckles out, but do not mix and match. Use all Ford or all GM. Use GM if you want 35 spline outers. The carriers should be the same. The gears are NOT, but you probably knew that. And I think the inner shafts are a different length (78 & 79 Ford are different than the rest of Ford's also).
