tried doing a search, but 60 isn't 4 characters long so that didnt work...

I'm trying to get the bottom kingpin off of a dana 60 but it won't move. the bolts are out, and if I smack the $hit out of it with a hammer the plate turns, but won't come off. is there an easy way to do this?

Spray in some sort of rust desolving of panther piss. It has rusted onto the bearing due to lack of maintenance so you will have to pry it off.

You may need to drive the kingpin out from the top
Basicallu drive down through the sheetmetal 'frost plug' looking bit and free up the covalent bond between the bearing and the pin

The other option is to remove the upper tapered pin (using a hella big allen wrench ) then work the knuckle over and down to access the bearing

have fun:D
