The adapter from AA, consists of a new main shaft, and an adapter for the D300. It also comes with some new bearings and seals.
The Part number is 50-3801, and costs between $400 - $500.

I need to get a pulley removing tool, and get it done in the next couple of days. I need to have it ready for the hammers by Friday. Last week was super busy at work, so I didnt get as much stuff done as I wanted. This week will be grueling for getting everything ready. There is no way Ill get to swap in the 14 bolt, so Ill run the 8.8. But the steering and new anti wrap bar have to be completed. I think I would consider taking up speed as my newest bad habbit, if it didnt take away from the jeep budget. <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

FWIW, Novak adapters usually cost less, are shorter, and they give better customer service, since they don't do the volume of business, or have as many different product lines as AA. http://www.novak-adapt.com
