i got that 64 cj5 and its the short 5 with the 80 inch wheelbase, same as the flatties. was wondering if the frames are the same and if the body mounts are in the same location. was also wondering if a twin stick spicer 18 with the e brake on it is rare. this antique thing is new to me i have always had newer jeeps from 74 on and im just trying to fiure out whats what

The frames are different. Close but different. Close enough to make work but you will have to change some things. Ie body mounts. Twin stick 18 rare? Nope. Twin sticks are worth keeping if you get rid of the case though. Brake drum... no, most people remove them.:rolleyes:
