Just a reminder to keep your mind on what you are doing. Especially when working around your dangerous equipment, and/or your 4x4.
I have been working on a large Centrifuge for the last week or so. We are doing a complete overhaul from stem to stern. I was pulling a 5/8" SHCS out of the belt driven pully, when the bolt broke loose I lost my balance and I fell over backwards. On the way to the floor (about 4 feet down) my fall was arrested by the corner of a large peice of channel iron.... Right on the Tail bone:mad: Good thing it had been radiused a little or I might have ended up with a second A hole

I never said I was ok.... :flipoff2: My ass hurts like hell :D oh well. If that didnt break my fall, I could have been seriously injured. I would have fallen right on my head/neck. At nearly 300 lbs, it would have been a hard landing. Especially onto the steel grating.

I here ya...
I bent down to pick something up from under my rig and the sun was setting behind the garage.... as I went down to grab it I smacked my left cheek bone on the bumper and today I have a nice bump and bruise to go with it!
Gotta watch out for those moving bumpers

Yea, that sh!t HURTS. I permently f'd up my tail bone when I was like 12?? I was in Jr High. Jumped in the backseat of the car, and didn't look where I was going to land. Landed right on a metal cup or sumthin of the sort. I actually felt my tail bone shift! Do this day, I still can't do a sit up on a flat surface!!
