 She's at work still and can barely get up to tend to her clients. But she's a trooper! I sure as hell would have stopped working by now, but not her. :p

Yesterday's doctors apt. went well. He said she is 90% efaced and almost at a 2. This means she is 10% away from not having any cervix between the baby's head and her "va-nay-nay"...as Rose would put it :p, and is dialated to 2cm. He said she could go in a week, or could break water on her way out the office door. It's all up to her body.

He also said they could induce her, but he would like for her to labor naturally becuase there are less risks involved, hey, and why not. she has another apt. on Friday... but we are hoping she goes before then. i just had lunch with her and she is feeling fine, but has problems getting seated and standing from a seated position because of all the pressure on her "va-nay-nay".

Thanks for your concerns, guys! It's nice to know so many people care!
Again, I will let you know through the LAMEinator as soon as something newsworthy happens. :)

Hey Chem,
If you are taking all of that equipment with you, why don't you set up a live web cam for us to see! We could all be there with you! We don't need to see everything, but it would be awesome to "be in the room". Just an idea.;)

Great idea, but I forsee two minor problems:

#1. I dont know how much per minute the hospital will charge for me to make a long enough call on dial up to my service provider in the next county over for an indefinately long internet connection. (long distance phone call)

#2. I don't own a Web Cam. I have heard ways to use your digicam as a web cam, but i will be using that as a camera cam.

Hmmmmmmm yeah, I didn't think about the connection issue. Web cams are cheap though.
